The staff for this location are very knowledgable, compassionate, and fair. Its a gated area which I've not had any issues with. Wish they had a dumpster sometimes! Lol! But overall they make sure area is free n clear of debrie, during winter they have "social shovels " or community if you will, on the building to help us get closer to our units, plenty of cams to ensure we feel safe with leavin our stuff there well lit, currently i have experienced a mouse issue but thats the only bad i can say. The gals have been helpin me through some tough times financially, they dont break rules but as long as you keep talking to them they can work with almost anyone or situation. I highly recommend pricing is fair just like any place, late fees do get ya!! So b on time or pay the fine!!

Two years ago we decided to sell our home. We decluttered and rented a storage unit from Blackwood to store our belongings. Even though our home did not sell we decided to keep a unit instead of cluttering up our home again. It’s easy to get stored items back and take new items to storage. We are very pleased with Blackwood Storage and are confident that our belongings are safe.

Blackwood Storage is wonderful. I have had my unit since 2017 and have had no problems They keep me updated on anything that is happening with my unit. They even told me my keypad code when I forgot it.
